Does Remicade (Infliximab) cause infertility in females, or make it harder to fall pregnant? What about Crohn's Disease in general - does it affect fertility?

What are the risks and/or complications of becoming pregnant whilst on Remicade for Crohn's Disease?  Also, what are the chances of my child being born with Crohn's, or developing it later in life?
